The Secret Shortcut to Your Biggest Breakthrough

What’s the secret?  Goodness no, it’s not relying on sheer willpower & caffeine.  I bet you’ve tried that already.  I certainly have.  And no, I can’t promise any fairy Godmothers. But I will say, it does feel pretty magical – experiencing a major shift in mood, energy, & mental clarity in a matter of minutes – just by applying this one technique. Especially when the thing that's holding you back has likely been festering inside you for decades. Maybe it’s a general feeling of overwhelm. Maybe it’s a deep-rooted hurt you don’t know how to forgive. Maybe it’s a fear or worry. Or maybe it’s that lie you keep telling yourself: “things will slow down, and it’ll get better as soon as XYZ is over.”  But we both know, it doesn’t.  Ready for the breakthrough you need now?  I’ll show you the secret technique!

Tara Dukart is a former middle school writing teacher turned author, speaker, breakthrough coach, wife, and mother of 3 miracles. Home, Not Hustle: Creating Spaces and Schedules That Reflect Your Family’s Values

What if your days at home had less hustle and hurry … and more rooted in what matters?

In this empowering, practical workshop, preschool-homeschool coach and special education teacher Courtney Turner will help you create simple spaces and routines that support your child’s development and your family’s well-being.

You’ll learn how to simplify your child’s space and schedule in a way that eliminates "stuff" and creates more space and time to just enjoy life together. Whether you’re homeschooling or want a steady routine with less pressure, this session will help you reflect on your values, clear the visual and mental clutter, and build a home where both you and your child can breathe.

Courtney Turner is a preschool homeschool coach, special education teacher, and creator of Home Sweet Preschool. With over 20 years of experience in licensed teaching and early childhood education, with a Master’s in Special Education, she helps moms feel confident teaching their preschoolers at home through simple routines and hands-on learning. After downsizing her own home by half — with two young children in tow — Courtney saw firsthand that for many families, a true sense of home begins by clearing the clutter, slowing down, and building daily rhythms that reflect what matters most.

Cultivating Cohesion With the People You Love (free from feeling drained or shamed)

Raising a family and growing a partnership can be rewarding, joyous and invigorating. And, they’re often the most challenging efforts of a lifetime; trying to do both well can be especially hard. Feelings of inadequacy, overwhelm, "mom guilt", irritability, fear, worry, helplessness, loneliness and self- (or spousal-!) judgment commonly arise. This presentation will explore specific strategies to help curb barriers to harmony, resulting in efforts you can feel good about. You will learn how to move from self-doubt to self-confidence, from confusion to clarity, feeling lost to feeling hopeful, and ways to shift from energy depletion to energy preservation. We will discuss ways to improve connection and work through conflict - which is necessary for growth, by the way - (watch out, conflict-avoiders!) without losing yourself. You will leave with tangible practices that will translate to more harmonious interactions when applied consistently. Feel free to arrive with embarrassing scenarios (we’ve all been there), burning questions, or as a quiet observer to share in our common humanity. May you remember you are not alone!
